Congratulations to Erica Clark on achieving the title of ACF’s Member of the Month for August! You can always count on Erica being at the gym during the early hours of the morning, Monday through Friday, with a smile on her face. She never complains, always works hard and continues to improve her strength. She also gives encouraging support to the ACF community. We are so proud to have members like you!

ACF’s Member of the Month is chosen by members and coaches together. We look for an athlete that personifies the qualities of integrity, virtuosity, empathy, drive, and optimism, both as an individual and as a member of our community. We are looking for the athlete that approaches their workout with a positive attitude and a drive for progress, but who also contributes in a positive way to the strengthening of our ACF community and supports those around him or her, whether friends or acquaintances. Members are welcome to submit nominations at anytime of athletes whom they feel meets the criteria.
