Do you want to avoid foot and ankle injury while transitioning to minimalist shoes?
This Saturday is our Pose Running Clinic from 8 – 10 am. This clinic will teach you how to run in your Nanos, MetCons, or Innov8s without chronic foot or ankle (or knee, hip, back) pain creeping up on you. This is a necessary skill to develop to stay safe in your new shoes, with the added benefit of almost effortlessly becoming a faster runner!
Cost: $15 for members, $25 for non-members. Includes video ananlysis and we promise you will not be running for 2 hours!

WOD: For time:
135/95 pound Thruster, 15 reps
Run 200 meters
95/65 pound Thruster, 20 reps
Run 400 meters
65/45 pound Thruster, 30 reps
Run 800 meters
Post WOD mobility: Quad smash and couch stretch, 2 minutes each
6:30 pm Mobility Class: Posterior Chain (Glutes, hamstrings)
