Skill work: Handstand push ups
WOD: For time:
75 Handstand push-ups
At the beginning of each minute perform 20 Double-unders.
Post WOD mobility: Lacrosse ball to scapula, 3 minutes each side, then, box prayer stretch with dowel and bands, 2-3 minutes; Super front rack (with band), 1 minute each side

Lift: Box squats: 12 x 2: 50% bar, 25% accomodating resistance
6:45 pm Mobility Class: Anterior shoulders, Pecs, Rib cage
