Note: In place of Saturday’s Open Gym, we will be doing a trail run with intermittent obstacle stations, at the Anasazi Trail, at 9:00 am before it gets too hot. We will meet at trail head by the road at 9:00 and go from there. All members are welcome to participate. Find a coach if you have questions. We will not be having open gym, but we will be having the regularly scheduled Essentials class at noon.
