Run 800 m
20 strict press (95/65 lbs)
Run 400 m
20 push press (95/65)
Run 200m
20 push jerks (95/65)
Run 100 m
20 hand release push ups

Optional Skill work/Cool-down:  Achieve 5 Turkish get ups with each arm (53/35 lbs)
                                                        Achieve 20 GHD Sit-ups and 20 GHD Hip extensions
