We are now offering our Powerlifting Strength Class in the evenings! Beginning on September 6th, the class will run on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm. This class is included in all unlimited memberships.

Post WOD mobility: Lacrosse ball smash to QL, then, quadruped QL stretch, 1 minute each; lizard
stretch, 2 minutes each; couch stretch, 2 minutes each side
