Max reps of box jumps in 1 min (both partners work)

Ring dips: 1 partner works 1 partner rests, partners alternate each min for a total of 6 min
right into
Max reps of burpees in 1 min (both partners work)

Skill/mobility:  2 rounds for quality
Shoulder smash and banded stretch 2 min each side on both sides
3 minutes Super Couch Stretch on each leg
Hold Side Split on right leg for 3 minutes
Hold Side Split on left leg for 3 minutes
