 Snatch balance 5-3-3-1-1-1

WOD: 3 rounds for time of:
20 Burpees
25 Wall balls (20/14 lbs)
30 Russian twists (20/14 lbs, total)

Mobility: Lacrosse ball to hip flexors (@ hip) and
           half-kneeling psoas stretch, 2 minutes each side
