1000 meter row
45/25 pound Thruster, 50 reps
30 pull-ups
Post WOD mobility: Super couch stretch, 2 minutes each
Lat. smash at shoulder with a lacrosse ball, 1-2 minutes each, then, lat stretch on rig, 1-2 minutes each

1:00 pm Mobility Class: Mobility prep specific to Power cleans on Friday.
