A few reminders:
1. OnRamp for October will start the week of Oct. 6th and will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 am, for 4 weeks. Pre-registration is required for this class and can be completed online.
2. Yoga has restarted and will run on Sundays at 11:00 am, immediately after the WOD.
3. Date night is coming up! It is Saturday 10/12/13 and will be alot of fun! Adult-only potluck fundraiser social night. Will start around 6:00 pm or so and go till ?

Cashout: Achieve (not for time) 10 tire flips, 10 strict TTB, and 30 GHD sit ups
