Hey Mountain Bikers, here's a few rides for this week, come on out and put your Crossfit training to the test:
Tuesday Night Ride- Meet at the top of Foothills at 5:30. We will ride out Kinsey’s and come back in on Rigor.
Wednesday Night Ride- Meet at the top of College and Sandalwood at 5:30. Out Kinsey’s down the Whoops, back up to Kinsey’s out to the headwaters of Rigor and back in. Plan on keeping a fast pace.
