Lurong Challenge WOD #5
This workout will be a 15 minute ladder, increasing by 1 rep, for each movement of Squat Clean and Muscle Ups/Pull Ups/Jumping Pull Ups. The athlete’s score is the total number of reps completed in 15 minutes.
