Skill work: 3 x 400 m run for time, rest 1 min between sprints

WOD: 4 rounds for time of:
75 Double unders
10 Clean and jerks (185/135 lbs)
                                  
Post WOD mobility: Calf stretch 2 minutes each, then downward dog 2 minutes

11:00 am/6:30 pm Strength class: Dynamic Upper
Bench press 9 x 3: 50% bar, 30% chain, use floor press max for percentage
Accessory work:
3 x 10 floor presses
3 x 12 supinated pull ups
3 x 25 seated overhead banded triceps extensions
1 x 100 banded face pulls
3 x 4 prowler pushes
3 x 30 supine leg raises
Mobility: Pec smash and stretch
