Congrats to Beci for finishing the ABQ Marathon this weekend!  Great Job!

WOD: Three rounds for time of:
185/135 pound barbell Overhead walk, 50 yards
185/135 pound barbell Walking lunge, 25 yards
95/65 pound (each side) Farmer carry, 50 yards

Post WOD Mobility: Lacrosse ball smash to QL, 4 minutes each side; Quadruped QL stretch, 1-2 minutes each side; Quadruped wrist flexor stretch, 1-2 minutes

11:00 am Strength Class: 
Lift: Bench press 9 x 3: 50% bar, 30% chain or band
