30 Sit ups
20 Power cleans (135/95 lbs)
10 Chest-to-Bar pull ups

Mobility/Skill work:
3 minutes Hamstring Floss MWOD
3 minutes of Super Couch Stretch MWOD
Hold Side Split  on right leg for 2 minutes
Hold Side Split  on left leg for 2 minutes
