                  -handstand position with hollow body
WOD: AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) in 20 minutes of:
        15 double unders
        10 pistols (5/5)
         5 handstand push ups
 Jeff Tucker discusses kipping vs. strict movements for HSPUs and pull-ups.

    1 1/2 miles plus work out today. run was my warm-up at 12.44, and 11+25 amrap. pistols were assisted.
