WOD: 5 rounds for time of:
            3 squat cleans 165/115 lbs
            100 m sprint
            15 KB swings 53/35 lbs

    the workout was from the pits of Hell. painful, shoulders are feeling the pain today. plus working next to Mike, he is an animal from Hades, in Mikes words "i was sweating". with love guys.

    So sore now I feel like jelly legs. This makes no sense completed today's leg killer in 14.47 thanks again crossfitters. See you in a few days
