Make sure you changed your clocks last night!

Partner WOD: In teams of 2:
AMRAP in 25 minutes of:
20 Partner wall balls (20/14 lbs, total, no alternating)
20 Pull ups (Each, alternate as needed)
100 m Partner Carry (alternate as needed)

Post WOD mobility: Partner adductor or quad smash, 3 min each side and super couch stretch, 3 min each side
