MWOD: 1. Spend 3 minutes in a “bank robber” stretch on the foam roller
                2. Spend 3 minutes alternating between upward and downward dog, approx. 30 second
                   intervals in each pose
WOD:
7 rounds for time of:
24 sit ups
12 pull ups
6 handstand push ups
