Skill: Kipping practice for pull ups

WOD:  2 rounds for time:
50 double unders
25 pull ups
50 box jumps
100 sit ups
50 lateral lunges (total)
25 ring dips

Anna and Vince in the 6:30 am class working on deadlifts for the team. Nice job guys!
