Flexibility is the key to minimizing risk of injury and being able to move efficiently. 

8 rounds of:
Run 400 meters
Rest 90 seconds

Post WOD Mobility: Barbell Achilles and calf smash, 3 minutes each, then, rig Achilles/plantar fascia stretch, 2-3 minutes each; hamstring stretch on rig, 2 minutes each

1:00 pm Mobility Class: Ankles, calves, and feet
