As many rounds as possible in 15 min of:
6 pull ups
9 push ups
12 target jumps (target is 1 foot above max standing reach)

    Fun Fun! the work outs last week looked great! i was only able to do the one on the 10th i was in La Cruses. i found a big 45lb rock (give or take) but i did bring my rings and ab-mat for some fun park work outs! the weather there was awesome! thanks for the motivation! find you weakness and make it your strength! Right
