There are no Kids or Teens classes the entire week of Thanskgiving (11/21 – 11/25)
Monday and Tuesday: Regular adult class schedule, no kids/teens classes
Wednesday: WODs will run at 5am, 6am, 8:30am (yes that’s correct), and 12 pm.
1:00 mobility and all evening classes are cancelled.
Thursday: Closed for Thanksgiving
Friday: 5, 6, and 8:30 am Classes are cancelled.
11 am Strength, 12, 4:30 and 5:45 WODs will all run.
Saturday and Sunday: Regular schedule

WOD: Three rounds for time of:
Walking lunge, 100 ft
25 Hip extensions
Post WOD Mobility: Spend 5-10 minutes smashing quads and/or glutes on foam roller and then stretch each, for 1-2 minutes.
11:00 am Strength Class:
Lift: 2 Board press 9 x 3: 50% bar, 30% chain or band
