Be prepared to be outside for the Carry. Remember, CrossFit and life are constantly varied. It doesn’t matter how you slept last night, what you’re wearing, or when your last meal was. This is what is going to make you stronger; know that you can push yourself on little to no sleep, when you’re not in your “workout clothes”, or you haven’t eaten for 8 hours. Throw up, get blisters, go till you collapse, and find out how strong you really are.
