Thanksgiving schedule:
Wednesday 11/25/15: Gym closes at 2 pm, all afternoon classes cancelled.
Thursday 11/26/15: Thanksgiving Day, Gym closed
Friday 11/27/15:  6:00 & 8:30 am WODs cancelled,
                             Gym re-opens at 11:00 am with a regular schedule.


Seated shoulder press: Heavy single

WOD: AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
5 Push presses (95/65 lbs)
5 Knees to elbows

Post WOD Mobility: Lacrosse ball to lats (at shoulder) then,
                            lat. dorsi stretch on the rig, 2 minutes each

11:00 am/6:30 pm Strength Class:
Lift: Sumo deadlift, heavy single
