Skill work: Achieve 2 sets of 10 wall facing air squats with perfect form then
                  5 min work on full range of motion pull ups with neutral head position

WOD: 5 rounds for time of
20 Wall balls 20/14lbs
10 pull ups

    i had a poor showing today, and i can't even blame thanksgiving turkey or beer for it. i put in a time of 16.12. I'm not proud of this but i'm will to share my times with all of you. see you tommorow.

    I feel your pain Clay. Throat was on fire and I thought I was gunna die to get a 7:50 – I figured trying to catch my breath was pointless 🙂

    I too feel your pain clay.. that was a tough one. I however was taken over by gluttony.. and had to bear its punishment. But in the words of jessica.. another WOD to check off our list :). Charmin
