Skill work:  Efficiency in the kip

WOD: 5 rounds for time of:
9 Thrusters (75/55 lbs)
9 Burpees
9 Pull ups

Post WOD mobility: Forearm smash with a lacrosse ball and
flexion and extension stretches, 1 minute each, each side.

11:00 am/6:30 pm Strength class: Dynamic Lower
Box squat: 8 x 2, 60% bar, 25% chain

6:30 pm Movement and Mobility Class:
Thoracic spine and shoulders
