Sumo deadlifts 
3-3-3-3-3 @ 75% 1RM, 60 sec rest between sets

then,

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
3 forward rolls
6 jumping back squats (65/45 lbs)
9 sumo deadlift high pulls (65/45 lbs)

*We will have 3 extra yoga classes during the month of December, on the next 3 Thursdays @ 7:30 pm.  The dates are 12/12, 12/19, and 12/26/13.  Members and non-members are all welcome to attend.
