WOD: 1 mile run for time

then,

EMOM for 12 minutes complete:
2 Box jumps (30/24”)
4 Snatch width deadlifts
2 Snatches @ 75% 1RM

Post WOD Mobility: Scapular and/or calf smash on lacrosse, followed by stretch 2 minutes each leg and shoulder.
