Skill work: Work on pistol progression/technique. Find max depth with solid form, knees tracking over toes, heel remaining on the ground.

WOD: “Mary”
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 handstand push ups
10 pistols, alternate legs
15 pull ups

    for shit shakes is there a exercise that i'm ok at coming up soon. pistols my ass; there designed to be pulled fast, those were like long rifles. steady and then pull the triger. Had fun today, those will get easier as time passes. here is my sad sad score i completed 4 +25 before time was called. i will make it up tomorrow.
