-OnRamp Class for January will run Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15 pm, tell all your friends that will be joining us in the New Year!
-For the remainder of December, the 6:30 pm time on Tuesday and Thursdays ONLY, will no longer be structured class. It will be used for Open Gym/Strength; a skills check-off is not required.
-A little bit more info about Saturday’s Cancer Crusher Fundraiser: We are expecting a big crowd! The WOD will not be announced until 11:00 am. We will then be running heats of the team WOD each 40 minutes or so, and due to the number of teams we are expecting, there will likely be 3 or more heats. We will fill heats on a first come, first served basis, so get your registration info in ASAP. We will have some inspirational words spoken prior to starting at 11:00, as well as short massages available with Lexi, and free chiropractic screens available while you wait. But as always, one of the best parts of the day will be the support we can give the other teams while we wait. It’s going to be a great day to show all of our support to Nicole and to each other. We have an amazing community and we can’t wait to use it for good!
