Skill work: Muscle up progression, achieve 10 for quality

WOD: 4 rounds for time of:
400 m Run
20 Box jumps (24/20”)
20 one armed KB swings (total)

Post WOD mobility: Smash at hamstring insertion, then stretch, 2 minutes each

11:00 am/6:30 pm Strength class: Dynamic Lower 
Lift: Back squats: 10 x 2, 55% bar, 25% chain

6:30 pm Mobility Class: Hips
