                Quad stretch at wall 1 minute each side
                Hamstring stretch of choice 1 minute each side

30 Front squats (95/75 lbs)
7 Muscle ups
20 Back squats (95/75 lbs)
5 Muscle ups
10 Overhead squats (95/75 lbs)
3 Muscle ups
