MWOD: Foam roll IT Bands and lateral quads, 3 min each side
                Wall quad stretch, 1 min each side

WOD: “Barbara”
            5 rounds for time of:
             20 pull ups
             30 push ups
             40 sit ups
             50 air squats
             Rest 3 minutes

    I guess that means I should expect my racing stripes to be back after this workout! I used the Kilvee ointment on the scabs from my last episode…FYI, this helped a ton! Nate…I loved your post! Chris
