MWOD: Lacrosse ball to pecs
               Pec minor stretches, 60 sec each arm
               Foam roller bank robber stretch (with plates if needed) 2-3 min hold

WOD: 5 rounds for time:
           2 handstand push ups
           4 pull ups
           6 ground-to-overhead 115/85#
           8 KB swings 53/35 #
           one minute rest
