The New Year’s Paleo Challenge begins 1/3/16 and will last 6 weeks.
The dates you need to know are the following:
12/30/15 6:30 pm: Informational meeting, regarding details of the Challenge itself as well
as the Paleo diet. The meeting is free to members and the public and encouraged
for all Challenge participants, especially those new to our Paleo Challenges.
12/31/15 6am, 8:30 am, 12, and 4:30 WODs: Paleo Challenge WODis programmed. This WOD
must be completed by all Challenge participants. If you can’t make it to a class on
Thursday, plan to make it up at Open Gym on Saturday, or talk to Steph.
12/31/15, 1/2/16, and 1/3/16: By appt: Pre-Challenge assessments will be completed, including
weight, height, bodily circumferences and body composition. A sign up sheet will be up in the lobby on Tuesday.
Skill work: 15 minutes to work on Athletes “goat”
WOD: 5 rounds for time of:
25 double unders
15 pull ups
15 medicine ball cleans (20/14 lbs)
Post WOD mobility: Calf smash and stretch and quad stretch of choice
11:00 am/6:30 pm Strength class:
Lift: Bench press 9 x 3: 50% bar, 30% chain
