Push Press: 15 minutes to work to a heavy set of 2

 WOD: For time:
10 Handstand push ups
20 Ring dips
30 Box jumps (24/20″)
40 Sit ups
50 Wall balls (20/14 lbs)

 Post WOD mobility: Athlete’s choice

 6:30 pm: Informational meeting for all interested in improving your diet and health in the New Year.  This meeting is encouraged for all that plan to participate in the Paleo Challenge as well as anyone learning about how to transition to a Paleo or Primal diet.  Free to all.
