AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
10 Goblet squats (53/35 lbs)
5 Handstand push ups

Rest 3 minutes

AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
10 Toes to bar
5 Sumo deadlift high pulls (53/35 lbs)

Our OnRamp Class will begin next week, on January 7th, at 5:30 pm.  It will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 for the month of January.  We still have some spots open and it’s the perfect way to put you New Year’s resolutions into action!   This is the perfect class for those new to CrossFit.  Register at the gym or online here.
