    Just finished this fun little workout, i completed it in 15:20. Boy do i need work in the double under challange area, 120 singles are an ass kicked and time consuming. Hey everyone the first week as coming to an end, hope most of us made it through with only minor issue. I will admit i did. i Don't won't to talk about them. Have a great weekend and see everyone on Monday. (better eating plan starting today)
