    alright to day was a great day in our world at ACF. We had a new member Nate arrive and busted out an awesome time. As did everyone else at the lunch time class. i posted a time of 8:18, had a great recovery time. Most important i stuck to the paleo and Zone Diet (sorry for that one word Steph) today. See everyone tomorrow.

    Good work Nate. I'm three months into crossfit now and hooked like a fish. The diet seems to be helping me break through that cardio barrier I felt I had hit. Hasta manana.
